Mind Map

A mind map is normally used s a way of planning out your thoughts or something that you may have to include during your production. Here I have used the mind map method to help plan out my needs for the production of my film scene that I have chosen. This really helped me in the long run because it allowed me to properly plan out what I need to do for my editing, location, acters and camera angles.
Story Board

For the story board what you are supposed to do is draw in multiple small boxes main scenes in your film and later on once all the drawings are finished you write a small caption of what is happening in the scene. Here I had struggled to draw the facial features on the people to show what is actually going on in the scene but I do believe that I was able to portray what is going on. I really liked how I could capture the camera angles that I wanted to show in my actual film scene.I have also added a digital version where I have went over the hand drawn image and added more colour to certain areas to make the scenes more clear to see.

Location Recce
The location recce was used to map out the ideal places to film my film scene recreation. Here you will see what I have taken into consideration when preparing to film, I have shown photo graphic evidence on where I am planning to do most of my filming.
Risk Assessment
Here on the risk assessment you will see I have thought about each risk that could take place while filming or after during the creation of my film scene big or small. This gave me the chance to prepare for any problems I may have in the creation of it, I'm thankful for this because its helped me worry less on what may happen if something goes wrong.
Shot List
During the writing of my shot list I was able to efficiently decide what scene deserved what angle and shot, I thought about all the possible angles I could use for each shot and thought of what would best impact each scenes and cause a bigger effect on my audience.

Script
I had chosen a thriller scene for my script due to the complications of COVID and not having enough acters... A script helps the acters and crew know what is happening and it gives everyone a schedule to follow. Scripts also allow the directer and crew decide what is best for things such as location, editing and also what angles needed to be used to create a better effect on the demographic.
Production Proposal
A production proposal includes what your film is going to look like, they represent the completed end of the project. It focuses on the goals and visions you have for your project such as time frame, ownership, success criteria and reporting. It also includes estimated budgets for the project and the impact of the financial post completion.
Production Sheadule
These normally include detailed shot lists with timings and locations it allows the staff to know how much content to expect they can capture on that day. It is used to appropriately organize how the filming should go to minimize production times and cost.
Permission To Film:
An Permission to film contract is something that is crucial when filming. This allows you to obtain written evidence that you are allowed to film said person or location and that they agree to all of the terms. This just helps in case of any legal actions that may be taken what I'm sure won't happen in my project but its best to cover all angles.
